1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website ("Site") and apply to all purchases of digital products, services, and online workshops made through our Site. By accessing or using our Site, purchasing services, or downloading any content, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which may be updated periodically. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

To use this Site and make purchases, you must be at least 18 years old and have the capacity to enter into an agreement.

2. Purchases Through the Site

When purchasing services, or online from Your Savvy VA, you agree to the following:

You must pay the price listed at the time of purchase. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
Any ongoing services require a service agreement.
Discount codes must be applied at checkout. Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected or if there is a violation of these Terms.
Service prices listed on our Site represent standard service fees; additional fees may apply based on the scope of work required. If additional services are needed, we will discuss and agree upon any changes before proceeding.
All services and workshops must be used within 12 months of the purchase date. If they are not redeemed within this timeframe, they may be forfeited without refund.
We strive to ensure accurate pricing and descriptions; however, in case of errors, we will inform you of purchases made at incorrect prices. This may result in an amended invoice being sent.

3. Digital Products

By purchasing or downloading digital products from Your Savvy VA ("Digital Products"), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Digital Products are for personal or business use only and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds will not be provided unless required by law.
Some digital products may require specific software or accounts to access and use. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary tools before purchasing.
We are not responsible for any compatibility issues arising from your failure to meet the required specifications.

4. Online Workshops

When enrolling in an online workshop with Your Savvy VA, you agree to the following:

Workshops are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior notification.
If you cannot attend due to personal circumstances, illness, or scheduling conflicts, no refund will be provided. You may transfer your purchase to another person by informing us via email.
If a workshop is rescheduled, your purchase will be transferred to the new date.
If a workshop is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.
Unauthorised distribution of workshop materials, including recordings and handouts, is prohibited.

5. Subscription-Based Services

If you subscribe to any ongoing services provided by Your Savvy VA, the following terms apply:

Your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, access will remain until the end of the current billing cycle.
Subscription fees may be adjusted with 30 days' notice. The updated fee will apply to the next billing cycle.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any subscription-based service with or without notice.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth working relationship, clients must:

Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.
Respond promptly to communications and provide necessary feedback within the agreed timeframe.
Acknowledge that delays in providing required materials may impact service timelines.

7. Payment Terms and Late Payments

Payments must be made as per the agreed terms on your invoice or service agreement.
Late payments may incur a late fee, and continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
Any costs incurred in recovering unpaid amounts (including legal fees) will be the client’s responsibility.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel an ongoing service, you must provide written notice as per the agreed-upon cancellation terms in your service agreement.
Services already rendered are non-refundable.
Your Savvy VA reserves the right to terminate services due to non-payment, breach of terms, or inappropriate conduct.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will keep any confidential information shared during service engagements secure.
Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the course of working together.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, including digital products, workshop materials, and service deliverables, remains the intellectual property of Your Savvy VA. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our materials for personal or business purposes only. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of our materials is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Your Savvy VA is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site, services, digital products, or workshops. While we strive to provide high-quality services and products, we do not guarantee specific results.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your Savvy VA from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of our Site, services, or products.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or legal proceedings in accordance with Australian law.
